  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
  • Locates or proposes business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Screens viable business deals by:
    • Analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials
    • Evaluating options
    • Resolving internal priorities
    • Recommending equity investments
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, as well as estimating partners' needs and goals
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations

Skills & Requirements

    What we expect to see:

  • BBA or equivalent experience
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking ability in closing deals including financial metrics
  • Success with closing mutually-beneficial contracts
  • Technologically-savvy
  • Can quickly grasp and articulate value proposition(s)
  • Desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and information
  • Innovative and creative – able to come up with new concepts
  • Consultative selling ability – Identify points of interest of customer base and execute contracts that are mutually-favorable
  • Experience in relationship management
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and respect for confidentiality – a level of polish and experience in connecting and building trusting relationships with senior level executives
  • Driven, high level of initiative, self-motivated
