Marketing Director

Join us. Lead our agile team in its growing demand generation, content marketing, and brand development initiatives. Manage agencies, monitor projects, launch products and produce metrics. 

The ideal candidate for this role has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, while thriving on tight deadlines and changing needs. You are fascinated by funnels and sales focused. You Want Specifics?

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative demand and lead generation initiatives to accelerate the volume and velocity of qualified leads to our growing sales team.
  • Develop creative approaches to reaching our diverse audiences and articulating our value through content that converts.  
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to position offerings that are best suited for our target audiences as they evolve and expand.
  • Leverage selective client engagement to drive marketing strategy by collaborating with Customer Success, Product Management and Sales to uncover customer insights and create customer advocacy programs.
  • Manage agency relationships -  maximize their potential and monitor their performance. Collaborate on new advertising initiatives to drive traffic & conversions.  
  • Assume responsibility for managing the marketing budget and expenses.  



  • 10+ years of software marketing experience. B2B SaaS is a BIG plus.
  • 5+ years as manager of highly-performant marketing teams; deploying successful marketing campaigns and showing consistent, demonstrable growth in MAL, MQL, SAL, CW... 
  • Certification in Scrum, as either a Product Owner or Scrum Master, is a big advantage for any candidate.  
  • Needless to say... effective time management skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail and self motivation are also required for this position.  
  • Must love leveraging your excellent writing and presentation skills to present concepts with impactful story telling that moves our markets.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or Communications. MBA is a plus, but no degree and string of SaaS success? Let's talk.
