Customer Success Expert

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Expert to join our growing team.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Install software and train customers in an individualized way that will make them successful using our product
  • Create a relationship with customers in order to assist them with setting and achieving goals with our product 
  • Serve as a business adviser to customers in each vertical 
  • Analyze and negotiate with  each customer account for potential in upselling our products and integrated credit card processing (ICCP)
  • Properly record information regarding a customer's onboarding journey and goals
  • Monitor email and texting service for customer inbound inquiries  

Primary Objectives:

  • Guide customers through the DaySmart Success process and provide recommendations and solutions to the customer, providing a world-class customer experience
  • Correctly identify the optimal solution to expedite the resolution of each customer’s specific inquiry
  • Support efficient and seamless communication company-wide and provide recommendations to management that to improve the customer Success process including key trending issues.
  • Achieve all planned objectives, metrics, and targets regarding your customer portfolio
  • Special projects as needed (For example: onsite training, testing, write and edit DaySmart Wiki articles, etc.)

Great Candidates will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Comfort using and explaining new technologies
  • Comfort in negotiating with customers and identifying relief of pain points 
  • Must be self-motivated and self-directed with excellent time management skills with an abitlity to respond urgently within a fast paced, success driven environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly; Strong work ethic and a passion for helping others
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is desir
