Sales Software Consultant

DaySmart Software is seeking a highly-motivated and enthusiastic Software Sales Consultant who has experience in SAS in an inside sales role.  This position is responsible for building business opportunities for our award-winning software and to grow revenue through outbound calling and email campaigns. Our customers rely on our software to run their companies and generate income.  As a key selling advisor, you will quickly qualify prospects, identify pain points and offer appropriate technical solutions.  You will work in a vastly engaging, fun and fast paced sales environment alongside our product development and marketing teams allowing extensive product knowledge and support.

  • Understanding the unique needs of small businesses and how software can help them succeed 
  • Recognize the needs of the customer and provide detailed information about the technical specifications of DaySmart Software’s suite of products.
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of DaySmart's systems and processes.
  • Support phone call activity (primarily warm calls)
  • Leverage client referrals, associations and networking to build sales pipeline.
  • Update and manage leads using our internal CRM (SalesForce) and sales policies.
  • Achieve all planned sales objectives, metrics, and targets monthly and quarterly by proactively selling via telephone to prospective new customer base.
  • On occasion, represent DaySmart at industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Continuously follow up with prospects and generate business interest

Bachelor’s Degree and experience with Salesforce Software Preferred
